Appealing Products Inc. has worked in many areas of research including reactions in the application of nano-films, detection of food poisons and explosives, devices for dosimetry of toxic chemicals, treatment of personal exposure to toxic chemicals, material utilization, and forensics.
API has conducted joint research and development work with many research institutes, university personnel and industrial corporations. These projects span a range of areas including the utilization of advanced engineering polymers such as fluoropolymers in a range of applications from specialized O-rings and gaskets to advanced exploratory medical devices. On the other end of the spectrum, API engaged in developing detectors for ammonia in chicken houses, toxic materials in animal feedstock, detection of gluteraldehyde in sterilization equipment, etc. API is open for joint projects with other corporations and universities on specific projects. API will also be willing to examine joint projects with government agencies via SBIR or STTR.
The technical personnel of API have consulted many small and large corporations as well as individuals on variety of subjects including chemical and drug processing, novel energy utilization and extraction processes. They have also worked on development of novel materials, increasing of product shelve life, accelerated testing of shelve life (accelerated aging studies), sulfur in petroleum products and in coal and desulfurization, forensic evidence and court support in the interpretation of forensic data or trace evidence and many other areas.
